WinSports is a Colombian company dedicated to the transmission and production of sports content, especially focused on soccer and recognized as one of the main sports television networks in Colombia.
In 2014, Win Sports decided to launch its Online platform, called "Win Sport Online", from where users can enjoy the live signals of the Win Sports and Win Sports+ channels through different digital platforms, computer, tablet, smartphone or smart TV, just by paying a subscription and having an Internet connection.
Since this project began, Win Sport was clear that it needed to have a strategic partner to take charge of the entire technical part of the project, both streaming and the general operation of this digital product. This is how Mediastream takes charge of the development of the entire product.
Among the roles assumed by Mediastream, in addition to the administration and distribution of its live and On Demand content, is the development and maintenance of the different Win Sport Online platforms, both its Web platform, mobile applications and smart TV, integration with local payment methods, user administration and support for both end users of the platform and its administrators.
This project has grown in recent years and currently Mediastream has an exclusive team to serve Win Sports Online, ensuring all points of contact with subscribers, from the web to the different platforms where the Win Sports Online application is located. , iOS, Android and exclusive apps for Smart TV.
Also within Mediastream's tasks is the Growth Marketing strategy, promoting subscriber renewal and maintaining an active relationship via eMail Marketing with its database.
